A new version of Vortex.

It can spin like a fidget spinner and be a beautiful button for your spinners.
It is 24.5mm in diameter and 17.5mm in height, and it will fit many common spinners with an R188 bearing press fit. It'll work perfectly on spinners whose bodies are less than 11mm thick.

This is the 3rd version and has many improvements compared to the previous one.
