Spinning-Button Vortex 3.0

A new version of Vortex is coming...
It can spin like a fidget spinner and be a beautiful button for your spinners.
24.5mm in diameter and 17mm in height which will fit many common spinners with R188 bearing press fit. It'll work perfectly on the spinners whose body is less than 11mm thick.

This is the 3rd version and has many improvements compared to the previous one.
